I would save the money in case you might need to repair a rim or something that might come up...I considered that as well getting one for mine and my girls G but she talked me out of it b/c it's a waste since we don't own it...i'm glad we didn't i just bought some touch up and i'm done with it...hope this helps you

[B][I]Guess thats a smart thing to do since i dont own it and when i turn the car in its consider normal wear and tear if there a few rock chips on the front bumper, just wanted to see what other g owners thought, thanks for the quck reply!!!! the cheapest i found anyway was $575

Wow, $575? I cheapest I could find was $1200 (f$$$ing MD). Anyway, I came to the same conclusion about my leased G. Seems that a clear bra is more about long-term care, and I'm not going to have this car long term.

I disagree but then that's my opinion. I had an Acura CL-S before this and at the end of the 30 month lease, I had to have the hood repainted because of all the rock chips. It was NOT considered normal wear and tear. I ended up having an accident and it was repainted in the process. In the long run, I did it and would do it again. I paid $400 for the hood and the tops of the two front fenders. Rocks don't seem to bother the painted rubber any where near as bad as the hood. I even have chips above the clear bra. The paint is extremely brittle these days.

I'd do it strictly for looks alone, but you may decide to buy it too.
