Mt oil change and rear end oil change

Hi I got my 6mt in feb. Due for my first oil chnge at 1200 miles. Did you peeps change manual tranny oil and rear end oil also?

My dealer says to wait 'till maybe 10k-15k before tranny and rear gear change. He says not necessary and the oil that's in there is good stuff.
