Experience with Grubbs

Hello

I've been currently looking for a G35 and it's been very difficult. I was wondering what people's experience was with Grubbs. Do they do trade-ins? Who do you recommend to talk to? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Your best bet for a trade in might be going to Carmax and have them buy your car from you. Don't even have to buy one from them. Carmax gave me 2000 more than blue book for my Lexus IS300 because it was in great condition.

Trade-ins on buying a new car can really mess with your numbers sometimes. Plus they make money off you twice on both cars.

Hey guys

Thanks so much for the advice. I will call bob and see what they can do but I was wondering if they do trade-ins. See the problem is that there is 1 dealership here and they are horrible plain and simple but the 2 that are in washington is too far. So I know there have been quite of few people here who have bought from Grubbs so I thought I would give it a shot. But you see I have an 04 S2000 that I need to trade in and so far the numbers have been tooooo low. So any help or suggestions would be greatful.

Thanks

Grubbs will do a trade in, but from Oregon it'll be hard to convince them that the car's worth it's "value" (at least what you think it is). I'd look into selling the car yourself, if possible. Then work Grubbs on a price. Are there any dealerships within driving distance other than the two you mentioned?

Hey u from Portland ?????.. I faced the same difficulty about buyiing a g35 here coz the Beaverton Infiniti has a crappy reputation I got mine from Grubbs... the whole thing went as smoothly as it could with a local dealer.

All the best.. and welcome as a new G35 owner in this area

Hey shak6uf

Yes I'm in Ore. The 2 dealerships in washington sucks to. I've called them to work out the numbers and they are as bad as the one here. I just found out that Carmax is not in OR. I've tried to sell it privately but no one is interested even at a fair price. I've finally realized that the market here for the S2K sucks or trying to sell convertibles for that matter. It seems like everyone here either drives a SUV or sedan. I need to sell the S to get the G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
