Need Advice: Aftermarket Y-Pipe or Greddy EVO II?
Need Advice: Aftermarket Y-Pipe or Greddy EVO II?
I like the sound of the stock exhaust, and if looks doesn't matter, which one would be a better choice for an 05 coupe? Would the exhaust net me more HP than an aftermarket Y-pipe, like stillen's or fujitsu?
Price, of course, is always a factor. If the exhaust nets me 7-10 rwhp, and the y-pipe nets me 5-8, i'd rather go with the y-pipe and save $500.
I just want your opinions.
Thanks

Well if the claims from the y-pipe companies are true and you like and are satified with the sound/look of the stock exhaust then I think a y-pipe is a no brainer. The JIC Magic and Tanabe Y-pipes are particularly nice in my opinion.
Tanabe Y-pipe
JIC Y-pipe
Tanabe Y-pipe
JIC Y-pipe
