The front driver side of my sunroof seems to be not right. When closed, it appears to be slightly recessed into the roof panel (about 0.25") and I can press that corner down with my finger (or up from the inside) which I cannot do on the passenger side.

When the roof is open I can grab the front corner with two fingers and jiggle it up and down through about 0.5" of travel, but the passenger side seems to be solid as a rock.

I have a service appt. for Saturday, but I just wanted to know if anyone else is seeing this problem. My main concern is that when it rains water can pool in the recessed corner and I'm afraid it will eventually leak into the car.

I haven't had that problem, but it definitely sounds like a trip to the dealer is in order.... mine is perfectly flush on all sides when closed, but I'll admit I haven't tried to push on it, so I don't know if there's any give or not.

Went to the dealership yesterday. Turns out there are two 'adjustment bolts' on each side of the sunroof and the ones on the driver side had come loose and needed to be torqued down. Took a total of 45 minutes since they had to check the brake switch as well (as part of a recall). Sunroof is now perfectly flush.

While I was waiting I had a bagel with cream cheese and 2 cups of cafe mocha while I browsed the Internet in the Cyber Cafe. Gotta love that Infiniti service!
