20 mph and no air bag deployment? That's a pretty dangerous situation, or you might not have been doing 20.

I'll post the pics up when I get them back from the body shop.

My insurance said I could put any part I wanted, but would only cover up to the cost of OEM parts.

And I was going about 20 mph, but keep in mind that upon impact, I went under the rear of the FX35 and his hitch bullseyed the radiator. The highest priced items included the AC compressor, Radiator, Head lamps (biggest ticket item)

I'm also trying to get a clear bra out of this seeing how I'll have a freshly painted front end. Anyone know a good clear bra installer in orange county? I asked the shop and he said they currently do not have an installer.

10 estimated business days till I am reunited with my baby. (I've already visited her once to see her progress)

If not - the cell-phone use can be obtained w/ a court order. Again, something more appropriate for your agent to follow up on. Benefit for you - if it's the other guy's fault your insurance wan't be impacted quite so much.
Even if there is it is going to be hard to prove it. Your words against his...

I think he can get the cell phone billing statement from court order so there is proof of cell phone usage at the time the accident happened?
