Patched Tire Lose Their Speed Rating
I've heard from several different sources (some of them professional) that when some tires are patched or repaired they lose their speed rating. Does anyone know if that is true for the tires on the G?

W, Y, (Y), and Z rated tires aren't really supposed to be fixed at all; but it gets expensive to always replace them. After one puncture and repair, the tire should be replaced though, due to safety.
