And G35 owners should be aware that Infiniti (who is a part of Nissan, after all) is going to do as little as possible to bring attention to the issue in the hopes of staving off additional law suits.

Do you honestly believe that EVERY 350Z has the tire feathering problem? The real issue here is acceptable numbers. I have several friends with 350Z's who haven't experienced any problems whatsoever with their tires. Does that make those who are experiencing the problem exceptions? Probably so. Does that make their claims any less valid? No. And it doesn't make my claim any less valid either.
According to the Michelin Customer Center, they have received a lot of complaints by both 350Z AND G35 owners. I don't need to "do a search"- You seem to be painfully unaware that only a very, very small percentage of G35 owners world-wide are members of this forum or the other G35 forums on the Internet (not everyone is so obsessed about their car that they need a daily "forum fix" - and I happily include myself in the junkie group.)

By the way, a sample size of the numbers of posters in this forum is a very accurate representation of the overall owners in this country. So I'm pretty aware that statistically, I CAN infer that the G35 doesn't really have that much of a problem with tire wear. If you don't believe me, feel free to start a poll.
BTW, how do you know the alignment wasn't off from the beginning. When I first got my G, the alignment was off and the dealer fixed it in the first week.
