I changed at... 800 I think. I was going to change at 500, but didn't have time till 800

If you just spent around 40k on a car, why not spend 30$ on 100miles oil change, and 30$ on 500 oil change?

You can never be too careful.

because of the waste of time and it's excessive. 100 miles, the factory oil hasnt' even had time to heat up... and 500 miles...well you do what you want, but i've got better things to do than change my oil 2x a week.

lol changed oil at 3750 is doing exactly what the manufacturer recomends...Infinitis last for quite a few miles, way more than american cars...so i think they know how many times a year you need to change the oil...and its not just $30...its the 30 min to an hour you spend waiting. For me, that's 30$ plus with the money i earn, if i turned it into an hourly salary, quite a big loss.

If you are going to do Mobil 1 synthetic oil, your dealership will use the mobil 1 filter for it.

The synthetic oil change for me at Sewell Infiniti in Dallas is $75.
