did you get youre gialla grill yet, this group buy finished 3 months ago, still nothing from bulletproof

i sent them a PM and will give them a day or 2 to get the story straight... after that, i think this is worth pursuing legal action... sad and pathetic that a so-called site sponser treats customers this way... i think we should all take action if in fact they can't follow through and/or deliver an authentic product... i am really having my doubts

 

well im glad somebody is with me, its been 3 months already, and nobody is telling me anything, if i dont hear any information soon, this is the last time ill be dealing with bulletproof automotive, i also like if i ask a question about buying a part it itakes 10 minutes for a reply, but if i ask im the giall grill i dont get anything period

 

im kinda shocked no one else has said anything... gotta love a company sitting on 5k plus for 4 months... i am worried about fraud because the product described in their last post is definately not a Gialla

Here is the message I got last week from Andrew@bulletproofautomotive. The grilles are made by Gialla, but from BulletProofRich's description it may come with a different mesh (hopefully he's mistaken)?

thanks Asao... i spoke with another Gialla distributor and was told they ALL have black plastic mesh... anything else would be counterfeit and should be reported to Gialla so they can pursue them legally...

 

I didn't take part in the GB...............however I know of two people who were in on the GB and they also have not gotten their grilles yet either.

 

Yeah, I took in the group buy as well, Andrew from Bullet Proof said. that and I quote "The grills were ordered at the end of April since we gave an extra week for late orders. I don't know where February is coming from. Anyhow, they will be here in 1-2 weeks. There was a delay in production since we ordered 30 grills, which we had no control of." This email was sent on 7/1/05. And still I have not received my grill. Im glad Im not the only one with this problem.

For the record: Real Gialla's come with black plastic mesh, not silver or made of anything else (like metal). Real Gialla's are also made out of one piece ABS plastic, not fiberglass. Real Gialla's also come in a tight shipped box that clearly says Gialla across it, and enclosed is installation instructions (sealed in plastic) in Japanese with installation hardware (3M tape)...

 

I was part of the group buy as well. I Spoke with Bulletproof on Friday. They said they received the first shipment and will be mailed out this week. I guess that means half of us will have to wait even longer.

 

if anyone gets theirs and decides they dont want it after all...I may be interested in buying their grill.....
