Have you checked the FAQ/DIY section?
The splash guards I know comes with instructions (pretty straight foreward anyways)
If not there, then I'm sure a search will turn something up

If you're willing and have a drill you can save that installation cash for something else like a CAI. It's easy...I did my own splashguards and front lip. It only takes a few hours of your time. Mine came out great. Just follow the instructions that come in the box and you'll be fine.
If they ship you the front chin spoiler in its original box (as I would assume) it will include instruction. Very easy, and definitely not something you want to pay your dealer to do.
Same goes for the splash guards - as long as all the original material is there, you should be fine.

It's a cake-walk!
The installation is pretty simple. I recommend that you have a good jack (i.e., NOT the scissor jack) and jack stands.
The splash guards take the least effort and time, IMO. Also, I didn't predrill the holes, I just drilled the screws after I removed the double sided sticky tape and put them on the car. I DO recommend that you get a good feel for HOW the splash guards fit on. Meaning, place and remove the splash guards on the car without removing the tape back-this will help, trust me. If you don't get the rear ones placed right, the rear piece will pop away from the car (it happened to me....I had to buy more double sided sticky tape).
The front chin spoiler....well, if I followed the directions and used the template, it would have been a complete PITA. After messing with the paper template/guide for 15 minutes trying to get it aligned, I gave up and just 'winged' in.
Essentially, I started at the ends and worked my way to the center of the spoiler. Just make sure you get that thing thing fitting snug to the bottom of the bumper to ensure it's even. It wasn't that hard, but at first, I was scared that I would screw up.
Oh.....make sure you wash your car. In and around the areas where the double sided sticky tape would make contact, I used a 50/50 H2O rubbing alcohol mix to wash away the wax and crud. I suppose you could use normal dish soap, but opted for the rubbing alcohol.
GOOD LUCK!
