Did you make sure with the guy that it also works for the G35?

Wow, just found out they are 15 mins away from me... damn, sales tax
atleast I don't have to wait!

 

These will not work on a G35. I have a set and tried it out, the hood will not come even close to closing, even with the plastic trim totally removed.

I am planning on trying to make it work, but we will have to relocate the lower mount point to maybe the fender or something.
