Quote: Just out of curiosity why do you need an evap relocation?, is this something I'll be needing to get when purchasing a evo2? Is it for fitment do you need it to make the exhaust bolt on?
the evap relocation bracket is supposed to come with the evo 2. However, others on this forum and myself did not get it. GReddy confirmed that some of the older evo 2 packages were missing the bracket.
The evap bracket is neccessary, the passenger side muffler will not fit unless the evap canister is moved.

I have that exhaust as well...it's a pretty nice piece although I can't say I heard other exhausts before.

Hey Ryan,

Did your Service Engine Soon light come on becasue of the relocation of the EVAP? Mine came on and stays on. We checked the hoses several times already, but according to the OBDII code, there is still a small leak somewhere in the EVAP system or hoses. Do you have pics of the re-situated EVAP and it's hoses that you could share? I wonder if I relocated mine incorrectly somehow, maybe upside-down or something. Thanks. By the way, I actually think that the EVO 2 is quieter than stock. Just sounds way deeper and mean. Later.

Paul

Just switch the two big hoses and take the + cable off for about a hour. Mine did the samething.
