I just drove the Audi A 4 Avant T and enjoyed its power. In many regards it wasn't too far away from the G. I was expecting to be a dramatic difference but guess the Germans have done a good job.

I love the styling of the A4 Avant. The A6 Avant is stunning. What was the sticker on the one you drove? We need a car that can haul stuff and refuse to buy an SUV, so a wagon is our only choice. If we decided to go with the A4 or A6 Avant, it'd be a for short-term (24 month) lease. I'd be afraid an Audi would implode right around month 28.

In terms of performance, these two cars are night and day. In any engine, 1.8T, 2.0T, 2.8, 3. Trust me.

But I do miss the interior on the '04+ A4s. Top notch. Now when is Audi going to bring the S3 over here?
