Do you know who he is?

I am in Detroit this weekend for a family function. My fiancee and I were driving on telegraph(?) and suddenly a lowered black G with a body kit, black wheels, flew right by me. I tried to catch up, what the fxxx, he was fast. Finally I arrived to a stop light and I pulled up next to him. I tried to talk to him, and he lowered his window and asked me if I wanted to run for money and I said no but I would run for fun. He said no. I couldn't see if he has a 5 speed or 6 speed but I figure I have a 6 speed and I am a good launcher/driver, I should kill him easily. I said ok, lets go for $20 and we were cool. I said lets see who can get to the next light first and he agreed. Now I see trouble. He lowered his windows more and I see nothing but gauges. He killed me by at least half mile.

Does anyone know who he is? He is an Asian guy. His car has a Nismo badge at the rear with a big wing(2 poles in the middle of the wing for support), some kind of wings(?) at the bottom of the car, I have never seen anything like this before, is it part of the special aero package? I kept hearing some kind of loud whispering noise, anyone knows what that is? How come I don't hear that noise on mine? Does the sound only happens after breaking in? Now I am a bit worry and am totally ashame of myself now. He never did stop for the money but s_hit!!!

I just picked up my G Coupe last Thursday. I came into Detroit this morning and was badly humiliated.

Are your pretty good at racing? I mean there's people that race ever other day and have a lotta experience with there car's finding all the fast points in it which makes them have more punch. Such as switching at the right RPM's... Releasing/Pressing the clutch in... He must of had the experience and mods in his ride... Did you hear a Psssssthhh... or something? Could possibly be a twin/single turbo or a supercharger.... Most he could probably have is intake, exhaust and maybe header's and just that would up your HP to 20 to 35 more hp depending on the intake and taking he did his homework and got the Stillen Exhaust...

the only thing that freaks me out is this "whispering" sound you hear. If it is what I think it is, then this guy has a turbo with BOV(blow off valve). The BOV's purpose is to prevent pressure spikes in the intake pipes when you let off the gas (as when shifting).
Did you hear it every time he shifted? That's when it will sound. It's like a very loud "pssh" of about a second duration. So if that's the case, then his car was turboed!
