A friend of mine went to Florida on vacation. She got into a car accident that she was at fault for and she was also cited for causing an accident. We are from Massachusetts so we are not familiar with the laws down there. Will she get points on her drivers step even though it happened in Florida. And how many points is she looking at. If it was Mass 4 points for major accident 2 for the citation which equals=1200 extra for insurance per year.
