Please help! I am currently looking to upgrade my DVD-rom to play DVD movies. Is there anyway i can upgrade it without buying a completely new ROM, but if I do have to get a new ROM will i still be bale to use my satellite navigation? Please Help me.

 

I belive if you change out the DVD-ROM with a player that plays everything you will lose DVD navigation capabilities E-mail me at CoolCatG@hotmail.com and i will show you how i did mine

 

I did it with AVelectronic's NAV-TV set up. It was easy and it only takes 4-5 hrs to do so. If you want pics of my set up let me know.
