Shift_ Grind!!! (again)

I just got my car back about 2-3 weeks ago from the dealer after supposedly changing my tranny. My 5th gear synchros had gone bad, and it would grind like a ****. Shift from 4-5th jam it in, grindddd and slips in. 6th-5th grinddddd. Well after getting it, and feeling my new clutch which took time to get used to, i thought all would be well....WRONG. They may have replaced the clutch, but seems to me that the tranny is still the same. 1,280 miles later, shift_GRIND!!. WTF is this? Did they actually change the tranny? or did they "fix" the problem? I'm SO aggrivated. Seems like everytime i get a new mod on my car, performance or not, it goes in the shop a week after.
Got my clears...went in shop got whole new rearend. Axles, axle joints etc.
Got my exhaust and drop...went in for new tranny.
Got new rims n tires....grind, going to the dealer tomorroww...
im really getting pissed off at this. I know lemon law is 3 times, but will I qualify if this problem occurs again for a 3rd time?
Thanks, sorry bout the long post, very pissed off

lemon law has to do with a new car, unless your car is an 05 i dont see it qualifying for a lemon. try a different dealer, say you went to another dealer and they temporarily fixed your problem. ive having a problem with creeks all over the car that they claim to solve but havent, and lately ive been racing my friends sti all over the place and im starting to hear a gurgle every now and then so im gonna go in for that. damnit i thought i was buying the percect car!

how many miles on the orig transmission before it went out?

the lemon laws vary by state, but it is usally around 3 repair attempts in 1 year.

about 24k miles on the 1st tranny
grinding kept coming and going so i never thought of it as anything. Though it was driver error, or b/c it was cold or something. usually happened in the mornings. Then it became every time i went to 5th. Now it was doing the same exact thing, but on my way home, it stopped for the most part, and happened pretty rarely. Now im worried dealer is gonna say nothing is wrong...should i just fcuck it up on purpose? hehehe

well, you are not the first person to need to have the tran replaced more than once. If i were you i would take it back and see what your dealership says. That's what the warranty and loaner car are for, try not to let it get to you.

well, that is 45k miles away, but you could always sell/trade it in for an automatic. I have only heard of 1 or 2 people with problems from an auto transmission. Of course, the clunk from the autos around 40 mph concerns me a little.

no way. had an auto before. will not go back. that clunk is weird too. only way i would get an AT is if i got the torque converter. but would much rather stick w/ an MT. way too much fun.
