Ok so I was at the Audi dealer yesterday where I spoke with the sales manager regarding his G35 coupe 6mt '04. We spoke at length regarding the various clutch noises our cars make. He said he was given the run around at the Infiniti dealer as well and was told it was 'normal' for the clutch. He finally brought it back where Infiniti found a TSB on the rear axle shafts? Anyway, he claimed that once these were swapped out (they were worn) the clutch chatter was gone and the car felt like a whole new animal.

Anyone else hear or experience this? Sounds strange but this guy was describing the exact same chattering noise I'm getting and his is now completely resolved. Anyway, I'm going to go see the service manager he went to see and ask for what services he'd received.

 

The axles were a TSB in 03. Those and something wrong with a brake light connection. I haven't heard of any TSB's for 05... I have an 03 though, so I don't look into 05 stuff.
