hey guys...
okay..so i noticed a distinct poppin sound whenver my steering wheel is turned to either extremes...its way more distinct when i am in reverse..the infiniti dealership told me that it was a loose wheel bearing..so they told me that they fixed it under warranty..when i got it back..it was distinctly reduced in the amount of poppin, however the popping was still there
any similar probs?
any suggestions??

That's not a wheel bearing problem. It sounds like it could be bad ball joints. Bring it back and ask for a different mechanic to look at it. Even better, try another dealership for service.

Re: poppping
Ravish,
Did you ever find out where that popping sound was coming from? I think that I hear it sometimes when I start the car and put it in reverse and turn the steering wheel. Anyone else come across this problem?
