I remember a tread about this a while back that it could be rail dust? Do you live near railroad tracks? Try a search. Best of Luck

the same thing has happened to my car too. i think it's bird crap and it stained the clearbra and clearcoat (in other areas) yellowish orange. but, after washing the car, it's only slightly noticeable.
hopefully, after several washings, it will slowly come off.
