I went to Circle Infiniti in Long Branch New Jersey but I live in Manhattan. I started calling every dealer in the metropolitan area with the same pitch until I found someone that was willing to deal.

I would call the dealer, ask for a sales rep and as soon as he or she was on the phone I'd start my speech.

"My name is XYZ and a looking for a particular deal on a particular car and as soon as I find the dealer who's willing to give me the deal, I'll come in and buy the car the following day"

My next statement is that "I understand that we all have to make a living but I'm just looking for a fair deal that we can both benefit from"

Next I say " I need a : 2005 g35 Automatic/ Sports Package/ Navagation/ Premium Package. I have exactly XYZ to put down and NOTHING MORE ! I need 12000 miles per year and I need a 2 year lease for AROUND $400 to $450 per month. Here's my cell number, please call me and let me know what's the best offer you can make me "

That's right guys, I said 4 to 450 a month. Only because there's not a dealer in the world that will give you the price that you ask for. They're always going to come back a little higher unless you're willing to put more money down. I knew that 450 was low for this car but if I said $500 then they all would have called me back with deals at around $550 to $600.

Well needless to say, I was getting dozens of calls from all over NY and NJ with deals at around $525/$540/$515 and then,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,BINGO $499 !!!!!

Just what I was looking for. I don't know exactly how my $2000 was allocated and I didn't care, I got the deal I wanted and was in my car within 3 days. Luckily he had the black I wanted in stock.

btw, what time of the year did you get the car?

 

Honestly, I don't know if I paid for the spoiler or not. I'm not even sure what selling price they use on my deal,,,,,,,,,,,,I was only interested in my monthly payments.

I got car about 6 months ago.
