$0 down usually mean $0 cap cost reduction and it's different than $0 DOF. I guess it can be taken either way. I got $0 DOF and 12K year for 5 years for 450 including tax. thats with AT, Premium, performance, 4 splash gueads.

Personally, I would go with less down, higher monthly payment. Better to keep the case on hand IMO, if the money is at a good rate (seems like it from these #'s.)

Wow, thats a great deal it seems on the one in Boston. I'm going to be paying 465 a month with 1219 down, first payment + fees, 12000 miles a year for a Black on Black 6MT with sunroof, splash guards, spoiler, BSM... Cap cost was 32,941... Should I be getting a better deal? this was Tier 1 approval for 42 months...

Here's the deal I got about 3 months ago.

My 05' G is :

Black on Black
Automatic
Premium Package
Navigation
Sports Package
Aero Kit (just front lip,,,,,,,,,,,,,didn't take the rear spoiler since I don't like them)

I put down exactly 2k and my payment is $499 per month for 27 months. 12000 miles per year.

I don’t have a coupe but I leased an 05 Sedan in May. My deal was $460 a month for 39 months and 15K per year. Nothing down and the taxes are part of the $460 a month. I just paid the first payment and drove away. My car is an 05 Automatic sedan with sport, premium, and aero packages. The sticker was $36,200 and the actual selling price was $33,700. What kind of selling prices have you guys been getting on your 05 Coupes? Have they been around invoice? What were the sticker prices?

Cap cost is 36,200. $1200 down for acquision fee & 1st month payment. $490/month including tax for 42 months with 15k/year. I'm comming down to pick it up this Saturday if they still have it. If not i might as well waiting for 06 model

Is it bad to take the car with no money down at all or due when you pickup the car? I'm supposed to take a 2005 Black on Black 6MT with SPG, BSM, SRF and Spoiler for 33,341 cap cost. 12000 Miles a year, 510 a month, 0 down. IF I paid 1st month plus fees it would have been 1219 due when I pickup. Figured it was better to just throw it all in the lease, no?

From what I read on Edmunds.com forums they say to never put money down for cap cost reduction as you will lose it if you get in a wreck while driving off the lot.. Not sure how true this is, but I see it mentioned everywhere due to all the low monthly payment deals and like $7k down.

Meech, that sounds like an amazing deal - what was the sticker price and where did you buy from?
