Creativeautoworks?! anyone alive there?

does he ever check email? or is he just ignoring mine?

placed an order for wheels, and paid 100% at the time of order. They were ordered June 20th, and it was supposed to take 4-6 weeks. Well...we are coming up on 9 weeks and still no wheels. I asked for an update last week, and got no responce. Asked again last night and still nothing.

I see they spend plenty of time on the board....so I know they are still around.

Is asking to be informed of the status of my wheel order to much to ask for? I wouldn't think it would be too big of deal...I mean you drop close to $3000.00 for something...you kinda like to know what's up.

I don't have a problem with the order taking longer than expected. I have a problem with feeling like since I have already paid I am not a priority customer or even a customer.

it goes without saying, and I'm sure you already did, but placing a phone call is always much better than emails/forum postings.

"Just because I am on the forums 24/7, I cannot expect someone else to be."

here's their number. they are out in arizona.

Tried twice...no answer. It's hard for me to call during the day...so I have to call after work...which they are probably closed.

If email is offered as a means of communications, it should be even an equal priority. He always got back with me very quickly when asking for prices. Just seems after I have paid for the order...service has dropped. I would also like to add...only posting in the forum because I see he spends time here, and I have got zero responce with email.

yeah...whatever. I've been patient, and this is complete BS. I just talked to Jline wheels. My wheels are complete, they are awaiting payment from Creative Auto....whom I have already paid!

No answer on the telephone, no replies to several emails...

I'd like to see how patient you'd be if you had $3000 floating around in never never land!

Was making a partial payment not an option? That's usually what I do. Half to order, and half on shipment.

Yep...it was. Obviously that would have been a better choice….however, with all the great feedback James gets here, I didn’t think there would be an issue.

I feel your pain man. I think Cactus' comment is out of line.

Creative is in the process of moving their shop to San Diego, CA. I know this isn't an excuse, but that's what is going on. Best time to get a hold of James is a phone call during business hours.

If I'm outta line then I guess he was outta line for paying in full up front! Just trying to give a good vendor the benefit of the doubt!

If he's such a "good vendor" he doesn't need the benefit of the doubt. He needs 2 free minutes to call JeepMan and let him know the status of the wheels.
