What I would do is go back and give them a chance to correct a 'billing error'. -- (yeh right. , well you know, just in case)
Then I would explain what i've learned here about pricing and that you're not happy at all.....GRRRRRR-- perhaps they'll concede that they overcharged.
If you don't get any joy after talking to the service manager, and his boss, then tell them you'll take it further. (BBB) In the meantime, you'll go elsewhere for service, and your friends and family will too.
A mention of your 30k friends at G35Driver.com wouldn't hurt either.
A suggestion: It's prudent to talk 'warranty', 'time', and 'money' b4 the trip in to the shop.-- (in writing is best)
I think you've learned a valuable lesson.
