it doesnt make sense

today i brough my car back to infiniti to check the clutch howling noise when shifting at 4k rpm above. it's not my first time but my second time, first time the tech told me it's normal, but i never had a car has this kinda noise, after talked to my sales and the manager i went back today, they had this guy so called "transmission specialist" to test drive my car, after he drove it, he told me he will need to find another G to see if it does the same, if it does then it's normal for this car and there is nothing he can do about it.
but here is the funny part, he wrote on the repair estimate "road test- noise from clutch/trans when shifting at 5-6k rpm. -ridiculous rev so high probably normal no stock unit aviable to compares."
first of all my car is stock, second what the hell is this "ridicolous rev so high"?
so i bought a car and i cant rev to 5k rpm when the redline is at 7k. i asked them and they told me it's same like when you drive 140km and you feel something wrong with the car but it's against law to go that fast so they will not fix it. i guess nissan should just have the speedo set 3k redline with 100km/h max.
anyhow showed this to my sales and he laugh at it and brought me to the manager. manager drove my car admit it's not normal and arrange tech from infiniti canada to come to check on it.

i spend close 60k cdn on the road for this car and it's making this kinda noise it's not accpetable for me at all, and never drove a car has this kind noise so it is not normal. may be 05 g35 is like 350z with suspension problem...
i bought a new car with warranty not some cheap old car that doesnt have warranty, but seems like nissan warranty cant do me anything.

btw when i roll up my window(both side) it makes a noise, talked to one dealer they told me it's normal for g35(wtf everything is normal, what will they fix ?) today this dealer checked for me, my regulator is all rust (had my car for 6month only and it's rush ??) they replaced drive side and passanger side is on back order.... told me they will call me when it's in, but last time i need to replace my radio unit, i wait for 5 month no one ever called, and today i check with them they told me radio did came here from japan, but they shipped it back. wtf why cant they call me leave a msg to let me know it's here?

i sold my bmw just so i dont need to go to dealer every other month, but guess i was wrong, at least bmw gives me a loaner car even it's only a 30mins job and infiniti wouldnt gimme one because it only takes them an hour and half to fix it, but i ended up sit there for 4 hours

My passenger side window makes a different sound going up and down than the driver side. It started sounding like that after 6 months of ownership as well. Should I do something about it?
