The glass hasnt change from the start, and some don't experince this...so just hope you get lucky and get a car built on a better day.

That mark is made due to the deterioration of the rubber on the wiper blade. Just replace the wiper and clean up the mark.

Is it possible that people got a scratch on their windshield? Yes. Is this a common occurrance? No.
