I'm wondering I have a problem here with my sunroof. It has been like this since I picked it up. When I open the sunroof, it doesnt go all the way back into the roof. IT stops with a little bit of the glass still showing as well as the slide that you pull. Isnt it supposed to go all the way back and pull the sliding cover back all the way when it does so?

 

Is this normal or not?

 

The sunroof does not go all the way back out of site. This is normal.

I was kinda hoping it wasnt right. Would be better if it opened all the way back. Must not be enough room in the roof.

 

yes completly normal. I kinda wanted the sunroof to go back all the way too. But hey, what can you do??

 

The moonroof glass only goes all the way into the roof (and pulls the sunshade with it) in the Sedan. I had a loaner a few weeks ago and noticed this. There is not enough roof to pull the glass all the way in, unlike the sedan has more area since it's a longer vehicle.
