Hi guys,

The mod thing i know... needs to be proven by the dealer to be the cause of the problem... however the dealer will usually bust your nutz.

the accident thing is shakey... i know the above prob applies to accident vehicles however, i do understand how easy it is for the dealer to say well the T-bone you participated in caused a problem with XX and its not covered... they'll prob say go back to the autobody (and we know this is how the massive run around starts).

so my guess on an accident vehicle is "no" they wont honor it.

any thoughts ?

umm, its not that hard to comprehend...

you are correct, a major accident is probably equal to mods for warranty denial. However, if its not in their database, they may not notice on an unrelated repair. You also wont get so much attidude about possible abuse (accident vs. mods). At least thats what I've read here.

I am always amazed how some can comment to another by showing a level of sarcasm. I simply think this thread could of been worded better. I am sorry for my short direct comment, but I am not one that takes to Sarcasm.
