Does any of you guys know what Bulletin 05033 is supposed to fix ?? I mean ... what's the problem with the controls ?

one of my buddies that has a 04 Maxima had that problem. the track skip switch was shot. the switch box was ~$125 at the dealer (dealer paid) and he and I replaced it in like 15min. very easy.
