Why would you roll it down in the rain in the first place...this isn't KITT from Knight Ryder man...

You WOULDN'T roll it down in the rain! That's not my point at all.
If you leave your car in a parking lot (during work) with the windows rolled down or cracked open (like I do here in VERY HOT Dallas). Then, a co-workers says "Hey, it's raining outside". It would be nice to be able to remotely roll up the windows.
Get it?

Without the ability to roll your windows back up, this feature seems pretty incomplete and not very well thought out. I would think this would just be common sense.
Wow, I can roll my windows down with the remote. Now what? I have to start my car to roll them up again. Oh well, maybe it's just me.

I use this feature pretty often, actually... it helps when your car's been sitting outside in 95-100 degree weather for 10 hours. Too bad you have to hold it down for like 10 seconds before it actually rolls all the way down. =/

My Flux Capacitor is much better than your Neuron Capacitor

i believe that the time it takes to roll down the windows can be programmed. someone correct me if i am wrong. as to why you would want to do this as opposed to rolling the windows back up, cars get hot in the sun. it is nice to be able to roll down windows in the heat.
as far as why you cant roll them back up with the fob...that is like "harold and kumar go to white castle", its a basic saftey issue...
