This is when being an tech for Infiniti SUCKS!

Got this car last week and have been diaging for sometime now.

A/C keeps blowing the fuse everytime the blower motor speed is turned on HIGH only.

Tried replacing the blower motor, and the A/C auto amp but still having problems. Finally called Nissan b/c the wire is drawing 19 amps when it's supposed to be a 15 amp fuse.

Nissan basically told me to replace the wiring harness. This sucks!

This is about 3 hours of work so far. Tomorrow I've goto go back and put the new wiring harness in.

sorry about quality... it was taken on my phone.

Dang, you have quite a bit of work ahead of you it appears . . . But if you can't do it, that would leave the rest of us with little or no hope.

I trust that everything will be running at par by tomorrow's end.

haha, well go ahead and ship it, but you need someone to drive it in at least! lol... The tech next to me is doing a brand new motor on a G with 7k miles.

Our dealership warrantied this guys motor after he hydrolocked it. has good compression and oil, and I saw little clues that show that an intake was installed and the old intake reinstalled. I could personally care less so I kept my mouth shut.

I don't like to have warranties denied.

hey shipsaeki- is there a way to rewire the fog lights to turn on with the parking lights instead of with the headlights? it seems like the fog switch goes through the BCM then the IPDM to activate the relay for the fog lights. Any way around it? thanks!
