If the vehicle is paid off, take the pink slips and driver lic to the dealership.
Vehicle not paid off just need the registration and driver lic.

Do you have the little metal tag that has the key code on it? If you have that, just take it ton an Infiniti dealer and they can make you a new key. The tag is a small "dog tag" like thingie.

They gave me 2 sets of keys. One valet that starts the car and opens the doors but not the trunk or glove comparment. They also gave me that wallet one that can open the doors. And if that wasnt enough they gave me that metal tag and told me that all I had to do was go to any Infiniti dealership and they would give me a new key. My question is did everyone else get the same amount of keys as me and if so how did this guy lose all these keys.

From the owner's manual:

Quote:
You can only drive your vehicle using the
master or valet keys which are registered to
the Infiniti Vehicle Immobilizer System components
in your vehicle. These keys have a
transponder chip in the key head.
So, if you don't have any of keys that are registered with your car, you have to take the car to the dealer, and they can register new keys with the car.

what happened to your spare? When I got my car they gave me 1 set and 3 spares. I asked for it and they gave it to me.

Yeah you have at least 3 keys that can drive the car. Well you should have 2 left over now. If you have the key that opens the doors its probably the vallet. What happened to your second key and fob??

They can duplicate a chipped key for you from one of the other keys you still have, but they will need the car to register the new keys to the BCM/ECU with their Consult II scan tool.
