Stock 05.. 13.6 @ 97mph..

what can i say I'm a good driver!

on a mustang dyno.. with a 1.6 60'

put down 238whp, but they stopped it @ 6250 rpms cause they weren't aware that the 05s have high rev limit. I'm sure i could've gotten another 12whp out of it.

EDITED

PICS here

Single Turbo 350z what a nice sound.

My "1/4 mile" run. NOW THATS A NICE EXHAUST!!

93 Dodge Stealth. 408whp @ 17psi.

it's a mustang dyno.

You can do a full launch from a dig and row through the gears.

A ST 350Z did a run too.. 13.2 @ 107

of course, it would be absurd for a stock g35 to be running a 13.6 1/4 time.

how do u loose traction on a rolling dyno??? maybe our cars are capable of those times with no traction loss... maybe even better... with no traction loss... if u dump the cluch at 5000rpm on the dyno.... the rollers are going to spin.... if u do that on the track your tires are going to spin and u'll be lucky to land a 20sec quater with that kind of wheel spin, also relize that ur trap speed isnt that fast, u would prolly be higher if u lost traction. Notice that Evos have good quater times but not soo high trap speeds, this is due to the awd system not allowing much wheel spin. also many times your max hp isnt at redline you tend to "peak" somewhere on ur "power band" where your car makes both good hp and tq, not soo sure u would of made so much more hp.... just my.02 cents

1.6' 60'?

You will need slicks to get that in the real world.

I doubt you will see anything under 2 with street tires.

If you drop the clutch at 5K and the tires don't lose traction, guess what starts to slip? All the stress will now be on the clutch and the burning smell will be coming from the clutch. I know a guy who use to drop the clutch on his AWD S4 at 5K and it wasn't too long before he needed a new clutch which he expected Audi to pay for since the car was less than a year old. A quick inspection by Audi mechanics revealed all the burn marks which translates to driver abuse which means no warranty.

ST = Single turbo.. Turbonetics.. he put down 32xwhp @ 8.5 psi.

and yes, I spun my wheels on the dyno on launch, it's a 4200lb drum, it's not going to instantly spin.

but no, a 1.6 is not going to happen on street tires. I figured it was accurate except for the launch.

So put in a realistic 2.0 60' and there you have your 14.0 @ 97 mph.
