my parents had just recently purchased one of those FX SUV'S and they kept bragging about how well they were treated...so on and so forth. Before they even thought of purchasing a FX i was pondering about trading my 2002 nissan altima 2.5s for a G35C. I visited the same dealer my folks did on sunday and spoke to the same sales rep. just so i could get an idea as for what it would take to get into a G35C. so i chose the car i wanted to deal for got my credit approved and all that.....i got some nice looking nombers back but i still decided to go home and sleep on it. I went back on tuesday....and sure enough the one i wanted was gone (he had forewarned me they were selling like freshly baked french bread...especially the black ones) but i didnt think it would get sold in that short period of time. He ended up having to suggest other colors but she had to be black on black..i wouldnt have it any other way. lucky for me in the back of the dealer there was one, 5spd AT with performance, premium and aero package......they pulled her up front and took her for a whorl . The nombers ended ended up changing a bit due to the aero package.....the deal was made but by that time it was like 11pm so i left her overnight at the dealer so she could get detailed first thing in the morning (she was filthy) on wednesday i picked her up at about 1 o'clock and man i reeaally enjoy that car....simply surperb. so thats my story, i just wanted to share it.

 

Nice story! So what did you end up getting for your altima? I have a black on black G too, make sure you take care of that baby because black requires very SPECIAL ATTENTION.

i moded my alty somewhat extensively....sound system, HID's, injen, cat back, paging alarm with remote start...and airbags it was my first car (had her for about a 1.5 years) but she just wasnt cutting it for me, i had to move on up but yea...i know my black beauty will need lots of special attention

 

o yea....i have a question. how long for her to get broken into

 

1200 miles, keep under 4,000 rpm, per instructions in the car's manual (which you obviously have not read yet! LOL)
