Why do you modify your car?
To mod for better track performance? Surely after 3-4 track days you'd realize the G35C is not exactly cut out for track use. It's too heavy, to big, and mostly it's too expensive to use as a track car. The $$$ for wheel/tire/suspension/exhaust/engine mods would be much better spent on a dedicated track car and R compounds.
To mod for 'style'...... make sense up to a certain degree, it depends on where you spend your money. If I win the lottery I would go all out modding my car, but before that I'll stick with economic mods. I guess that's one of the benefits of owning a Caribbean Blue coupe, you don't need much mods to catch attention.

That you pick up some hp, experience and possibly a better ride, is a bonus.
Whether driven at a track, or just driven on the street, is irrelevent.
I love mechanics.

The fact that I can roll my car out of the garage and see what IVE done to it makes ME happy. To drive down the road and know Im not going to see another car that looks like mine feels good. I dont want cookie cutter things. I dont want to follow. But then again some people are happy with four white walls in their house, that **** isnt for me. To each their own.
chicks dude, chicks...
I guess I am the poster child for buying mods that have track use and never tracking my car, yet all I do is drive my car about once every week or so (mostly to the grocery store) and it still makes me happy. Plus I know that I won't see another car like mine rolling down the street.

They say there are 2 kinds of mods, Show and Go. I prefer the Go.
I think people are getting a little too crazy with all the flat panel TV's in wheel wells, headrests, sun visors, trunks, etc.

I have never modified my cars, well not never, I have changed the 15" rims of my 95 Accord V6 sedan to 17". But I just couldn't stand the harshness. Well I guess I just like stock cars, or some lightly modified cars.
i have many reasons why i mod my car...looks, sound, speed, handling (i love driving fun cars)
my favorite reason for modding my car is for the look on THAT person's face...
that arrogant person with the more expensive car, thinking he's the ****, the look on his face when he's doing all he can to go past by me but cant-that feeling, its priceless
