G35 coupe in China

Although Infiniti is not officially on sale in China until 2007, but there are some G35 and QX56 runnning around there. The current price for a G35 coupe there is around RMB670,000, which is about US$82,000.

That would be great to see a G35 in China. Luckily I go there once in a while for work (in fact I am going there this Saturday) and it would sure make me feel at home to see a G there instead of all those scooters and stuff flying around.

I'm so ashamed of the mother country. I mean why can't they get some better looking models? Seriously...

all cars over there cost that much. The tax on these imported cars are obscene. Generally cars cost 200% their normal cost due to taxes in many Asian countries.

as long as you can find a buyer, I was thinking about that too. It'll come down though, the prices, they need to lower the tax, but then again, pollution is a huge problem there.

i think it's more a china thing, they tax the hell out of imports and demand low taxes from other countries on their export....good for them financially but sucks for anyone living there with any taste
