the key goes in my pockets with nothing more than a cell phone and house keys. on the key ring i keep the infiniti emblem and the alarm remote.. nothing more.
the dealer was out of ideas as am i. only thing i can hope for is that the computer resolves the problem.
edit- what's a TSB?

you bought the car brand new so you have to break it in anyway. My advice is this...empty parking lot, Traction control off, wheels turned in about 45 degrees, and punch the gassssss. Or go straight at 30 mph, make a hard turn, and start to counter steer. That works for me everytime I get a loaner car.
