sorry to hear about your ride, G/L with everything.
As for my dealer experience, they always try to fix the problem, no matter what. Great customer service as compared to any other dealer I have dealt with.
now as for the wash, I have had three washes, no swirls, no quaffs, and nothing but good things to say, and last time, it was a full detail inside and out! Now before you guys say anything about my standards, My family has owned a detailing business for 16 years and My G has came back to me as if I would have cleaned it. Besides, I know if it didnt come back right, my sales manager at Infiniti of Dublin would fix the problem, and more.
anyways, I suggest start building a relationship with someone on the up and up at your dealer to ensure there is personal handling of your car. It works for me!
