I tend to agree with everyone here though, you'd be lucky to walk with 25K tops for that.... you've pretty much singled the car into a small demographic of people who are gonna want it now....

How's your buddy with the Daytona blue Z?
All the best with the sale... I agree with 1BADV6, parting out is a PITA, why don't you throw it on ebay to see if there's going to be any interest in the car as-is?

Just quick read the post sorry. However I did notice a Del Webb design house in one of your pics on ebay.... Do you live in Anthem.... I just moved into Anthem about 5-6 weeks ago.... house in the pic looks further up the mountain from me.

Best you can do is put it up for a fair price including the mods....you may get an enthusiast coming along and picking it up.
or
Return it to stock, sell the car and part with the items. This is harder but will end up with a bit more than the first option since mods suffer from a cars dropped value...
