It is because of a55holes like this that when I lived in Chicago I'd park the car out of gear with the parking brake just BARELY on. That way when someone taps you when they're parallel parking, your car moves slightly which means little or no damage.

 

Man, if that was my car, id have a hard time not retaliating. I would probably throw a rock through the Lexus's windshield and slash a few tires.
