I just got my window tinted and the guy put to much heat that part of my side door vinyl/rubber got burnt. the damage is about 1 inch and i'm wondering if there is any vinyl/rubber touch up just like those leather touch up that i can use. they guy gave me back my money and hoping to get this fix without spending to much. i need to save money for futur mods.

 

You let them get away with just giving your money back??

They're responsible for that and have to pay fo rit...

 

Yeah most def. would have made them pay to fix the damage and a free tint job.

Truly sorry to read about your mishap. However, why is this your issue to resolve?

 

I know i should make him pay for everthing but the poor guy (Mexican) don't have anything. he did offer to pay for the damage just show him the bill but if there is an easy way to fix it why now go that route. I love my G but it's an honest mistake and i'm willing to bite the bullet for just small inconvenience.

 

I had that happen to me after having my coup for only 3 days. The window tinting shop told me that they would replace it , but When I went to pickup the car I found that they tried to repair it. I could tell right away that it had been patched. I demanded that they replace my door panel and after arguring with them for about a half hour, They finally agreed to replace. They ordered a new panel and replaced it a week later.
