Print out the TSB: & bring it to the service manager. Tell them you want the parts replaced ( not just a lube/tighten which is a tempararly fix ). Tell them the clicking is from both sides regardless if it is or not.

If you do not they may just tighten and lube & the problem will come back after a few months.

did you try a different dealership? i hope everything goes well but if you do decide to keep the Infiniti you can service it down at my dealership -- Infiniti of Massapequa. I 've helped plenty of members on the boards and our service department is great!
