The reason that there are no class action lawsuits are because of their wording:

IT adds UP TO 35hp which means it can add between 0 to 35hp.... no way to sue them for that...

You might as well get your Superman underoos and strap on some cardboard wings before a jump. You"ll get more performance from those.

Hey man, we can poke fun at the product all day long, but its inventor is laughing all the way to the bank. Dam, I wish I had thought of the Turbonator. The key is to invent someting that doesn't cost much, sounds somewhat plausible, and then market the hell out of it. And let the following words be your inspiration: "there's a sucker born every minute."

I got one for you.......exhaust pipe cooler......adds 15-30 hp .....cooler air is more dense which will yield a more free flowing exhaust.
.....I expept 5% of the royalties.

Well, there could be a class action of people whose car's performance have decreased. I dont see any disclaimer anywhere in their ads stating that the performance could be adversely affected. Besides, there must be state laws (and federal too, I'm not sure) that penalize phony or misleading advertising.

The reason there are no lawsuits is that people would have to stand up and admit that they were stupid enough to buy one in the first place. That, and - who sues for $35?

This is about 4.3 Trillion horsepower to the rear cheesewheels

Or about twice the speed of light at the end of first gear...

The car idles at 158mph backwards and will only powerslide

I have to use 6 million gears to drive normally, I start in 5,999,995 to drive normally.

When I wanna go back in time, I just down shift a few million gears.

When i use my direct port shot I get an extra 58 trillion horsepower... and I have enough cheeto shot to last me 600,000,000 trillion miles (or 383,093) Lightyears

[[[ yes i've said this like 20 times before... we used to make fun of a kid who had a supercharged CL-S... and used to come back from dynos saying he had 750 horsepower. ]]]

SO of course i used cheetos to show him up

/putspotaway

what is that guy on

I had a friend in high school with a V6 **** stang and he tried installing two of these things...he felt stupid after wasting his cash on that.

Another guy with a V6 Altima tried one, he installed it backwards and somehow managed to break one of the fins inside of the thing, which in turn got sucked through his thorttle body into the intake manifold causing a yucky mess.

If it sounds to good to be true, it most definatley is.... 99.8% of the time
