The reason that there are no class action lawsuits are because of their wording:
IT adds UP TO 35hp which means it can add between 0 to 35hp.... no way to sue them for that...

I got one for you.......exhaust pipe cooler......adds 15-30 hp .....cooler air is more dense which will yield a more free flowing exhaust.

Another guy with a V6 Altima tried one, he installed it backwards and somehow managed to break one of the fins inside of the thing, which in turn got sucked through his thorttle body into the intake manifold causing a yucky mess.
