turbonator

i clicked on the link at the top of this page 'supercharge your g35' and it took me to the turbonator page. it claims that it will add up to 35 horsepower and give you better gas mileage. has anyone tried this and does it work?

You might get more horsepower with type R stickers. I hate to admit it but I actually tried one when they first came out about 10 years ago.....all I can say is don't beleive everything you read.

That's brave of you to admit that you actually bought the "turbonator."

You live, you learn. I'm just still amazed there aren't any class action false advertising lawsuits against them.

They did an article in consumer reports about 2 months ago on all those products. They tested them all out and found that they did nothing and some even lost hp and milage.

I just bought a turbonator and i feel that it adds even more power than FI. I dynoed my car yesterday and it put out 456whp 504 torque.. (turbonator is my only mod) My G is living proof of what a turbonator can do to your car.

Do you know that when I was 17 my friend called up and asked about it. And they said that it was something that went into the air intake. And then they said if he bought two that he would get 70hp. That just shows what a ripoff that thing is.

Some other guys from the mazda, subaru or honda sites may have paid them to advertise here hoping we would buy and slow our cars down.
