make sure you cover your ace-line with something .. to protect it from rubbing.

I ordered a K&N typhoon last week. I'll tell you how i like it when i get it installed. The only other option you could do besides z-tube + popcharger or K&N filter, would be to get the UT-R carbon fiber z-tube and UT-R carbon fiber filter charger (Same exact thing as the z-tube + popcharger but more for looks) And then there's the blitz SUS power intake, and the Stillen cold air box. Those are pretty much your options for short-ram intakes

What type of material is best to cover the ac line with?

buy some rubber tubing from a hardware store or something

and by the way... i dont have mine convered and after 14k miles with ztube on, i have no rubbing and plenty of clearance for my a/c line
