Damn, forget it. I'd rather spend $810 on springs and Crawford cats!

They look awesome on the white. Congrats.

Still I'm not sold on em. I'd miss the clearance strips and the amber signals!

Oh yea? I bet a lot ppl who track their cars think that sticky tires and lightweight rims increase performance

yeah, the whole system almost cost $1k.. but it's worth it to me.. like i said, if you do tons of late night driving, like i am, it really helps.. last night was the first time i drove home with the new headlights at around 12:30am and my eyes don't get as tired as the did with the 03-05 headlights.. the light just isn't as scattered and everything is much clearer.. i avoided a piece of broken mattress on highway 5 southbound last night and there's no way i would have seen it with the old headlights..

in no way am i claiming any performance gains as in speed or whatever, but on a safety and daily purpose use, it's well worth it..

and as everyone else has stated, this mod isn't for everyone.. some people can't get over the clearance strip..

What's the big deal with the clearance strips? I forget they're even there...

Great mod, liu621, I think it looks great!

Guilty as charged. You couldn't pay me to get rid of the clearance strip. But it sounds like a very cost effective mod.
