I just got my winter set-up, but won't swapped yet until end of Nov.
I have 17" Voxx MG wheels with Falkens Ziex 512. That's all I need here in STL. Should be a smooth and quite ride compare to the 19" OEMs.

 

I need to get me some winter tires soon .... my stock eagle Rs-a's are about shot.

 

Know this all procrastinators...snow tires are impossible to find once it actually snows. There is an abundance of folks who don't know how the new car they just bought will handle in the snow and assume al seasons will be fine...then after the first 3 -4 hour commute due to snow and all seasons they all rush out to buy snow tires. And the 17" sizes for the G are hard to find to begin with. Order now, you have been warned.

 

I have the standard RS-A's on my 17's. Had them on last year during three bad snow storms. No big problems what so ever.

As far as the person who asked the Brembo question, I don't think the 17's will fit.

 

Just ordered mine. Putting them on next weekend. Blizzak LM22...235/45/18 all around...no stagger.

now all i need to see what i can get that will fit over the brembos. this will be my first winter with the G and i want to be prepared. does anyone have any suggestions or have a setup they like with the brembos?

 

The 17's from the coupe do fit over the Brembo's, I have the 17's and Blizzaks for my coupe...

I put '04 350Z 17inch wheels on my 05 6MT with Avon all-season tires. Now if I could only find all-season tires to fit the stock 19" wheels.

 

Probably sometime in December is when they'll go on if they do go on. I'm still trying to see if I'll be able to get another car and if so, I'll probably post my winter setup for sale.
