belts sqeeking air conditionar not working any links

hey guys my car is making a squeeking noise from my belts and my air condtionar is not working


i think my belts are lose and not activating the condensor . the car runs fine


any ideas and how hard is it to fix

go look? just take it back to the dealer if its a bad compressor or pully or clutch whatever i wouldnt bother doing it if its still under warranty its pretty tight down there.

n its compressor on the belt not condenser =) Compressor --> Condenser --> Metering Device --> Evap

thanx but my car just had a new radiator support installed the problem happend from there. you think its anything minor and is it safe to driv ethe car its a automatic

check the belts with the a/c on and see if it spins.. you changed the whole radiator core support? that big giant fiberglass piece?? lol i had to change that too. but if there isnt any noise fromt he belts it should be safe to drive to the dealer and have them check it out.. no reason why it shouldnt be warranty

the belts are squeeking a little but the ride is fine ive been driven for 2 days now

Is your air conditioner not turning on? Is your compass/temp/outside temp display not lighting up? If so you blew a fuse under your left foot (drivers panel fuse box). Its a 10 Amp. If you can still turn your AC on, then its not the fuse.

If your belt is squeeking, try loosening the factory tensioner pulley and then tighteninig the belt. You have 2 tensioners, one on the A/C side and one on the Alternator side.

my outside therm works my ac button presses but the sc just doesnt turn on can it still be the fuse and if so where are the fuses located for the ac
