On certain angles I really hate the factory spoiler so I decided not to get it. I'm waiting on the data systems spoiler.

Really?!? I think the rear of the coupe is one of the car's best styling features. I like the swept forward tilt, I like the shape of the trunk lid and the tail light lenses, love the LED's, and I think the large dual exhaust tips look nice. Just has a nice, clean, muscular, and aerodynamic look.

I think the car looks great either way, but I think the spoiler gives the car a little more of a bad a$$ attitude in the way it looks. Its more of an attention getter than a line enhancer. I agree it does disrupt the car's clean lines a bit, but I think its worth it.

Thanks for the info Guys, I purchased a spoiler already and I'll post a pic ASAP. But I also want to point something out about the spoiler ...... In all of Infiniti's commercials, billboards and advertising all the G35 coupes don't have spoilers. have you guys notice that? Usually car company advertise their cars fully loaded, Maybe Infiniti thinks it looks better without it??????

I'm with Z06ified. I love the rear of our coupes!

Put the front of the 350z together with rear end of the g35 and you'd have one really nice looking car, IMO.

I got a G35C 6MT LR w/ Spoiler. I didn't like it at first, but it grew on me. I can't live with out it now. Gives it that sporty mean look.

I think if you are after a clean sleak look, then pass on the spoiler. If you are after a more agressive look, the go with the spoiler. I have a black coupe with spoiler. To me, without makes the backend look a little naked, but then I am used to the spoiler. I think on the lighter colours, without looks great. The lighter coloured G's are more luxurious looking. The bolder colours scream a sportier attitude. The spoiler fits the attitude of the car as a whole, along with the driver. With or without, you can't go wrong. Its all personal taste!!

I think the g has a sporty body style and a classy looking front end/name plate. So you have a choice...luxury coupe or sports car and the spoiler is the best way emphasize the latter...along with the brembros. I think infiniti ads don't use the spoiler because they want to emphasize luxury...the purpose of their existence in the nissan line.
Also, while the spoiler isn't perfect with the lines it does make the rear look higher and the g's front chin is already low. This low front/high rear looks very sporty and I think the silvers actually bring this effect out the best...

 

The front of the Z???? That's the most boring part of that car. Why would you want that instead of the G's front end?

The G's front end is actually styled, as opposed to just being there.

I have the Caribean Blue Coupe with no spoiler and I like it better than the factory spoiler. You may want to check out some of the designs of the after narket spoilers. You may like them even more.

Im assuming that the interior brake light is going to be disabled, so I would have to retint that area, Or maybe I can have my interior and spoiler brake light work at the same time hmmmmm .......
